Services
IP Transit provides Internet number resources, IP transit, and communications infrastructure services. Specific terms for a given service may be set out in a separate agreement.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the services unlawfully, to disrupt networks, to send unsolicited or unlawful messages, or to infringe the rights of others.
Messaging
If you participate in our SMS program, the SMS Terms apply. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.
Disclaimers & liability
The services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. IP Transit is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
