SMS Terms & Opt-In

IP Transit LLC offers an SMS (text message) program for account holders and people who request to receive messages from us.

Program description

When you provide your mobile number and consent, IP Transit may send you account, service, and support text messages related to the services you use (for example, status updates, security notices, and replies to your requests). This is a one-to-one, account-based program; we do not send marketing or promotional blasts and we do not message purchased lists.

How you opt in

You opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the consent box on our sign-up form, or by otherwise expressly agreeing to receive texts from IP Transit. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Sample message: "IP Transit: your assistant has an update on your request. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out."

Frequency, rates

Message frequency varies based on your activity. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt-out and help

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time; you will receive a confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact admin@iptransit.ai.

Privacy

We do not share your mobile number or SMS opt-in information with third parties for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
