Information collected as part of an SMS/text messaging consent process is not shared with any third parties for any purpose.

How we use information

SMS / text messaging

If you consent to receive text messages from IP Transit, we use your mobile number only to send the messages you signed up for. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Sharing

We share information only with service providers who process it on our behalf under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share mobile opt-in data or phone numbers with third parties for marketing.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal requirements, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it.

Your choices

You may opt out of SMS by replying STOP. You may request access to or deletion of your information by contacting us.
